1. Cancellations and Refunds
Full Refunds: Clients may cancel their service and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 120 hours (5 days) prior to the scheduled service delivery.
Partial Refunds: Clients who cancel their service between 120 hours (5 days) and 72 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the scheduled service delivery are not eligible for a refund.
